Resumen
Beste gauza askoren artean, auzolana gure arbasoek u tzitako ondasuna da. Egin-eginean ere, inguruko herri askok bizirik iraun dute lan egiteko modu horri
esker. Landa-giroari lotuta sortu zen arren, auzolana aurki zabaldu zen hiri esparrura eta azkenaldian oso esanguratsua da “elkarlan” eta “erkidego”aren nozioek hartu duten ikusgarritasuna, egungo premietara egokitutako formula berriak bilatuz. Baina jarraian azalduko dugunez, elkartasunean eta taldearen interesean oinarritutako lana benetan gauzatzen eta garatzen jakin duen formuletako bat eredu kooperatiboa izan da, ezbairik gabe, Euskal Herrian garrantzi eta esanahi berezia erdietsu duena, Arizmendiarrieta aitzindariaren eskutik. Guztiarekin, auzolanetik etorri eta kooperatibetan garatu diren taldekako zein lankidetzazko estrategia horiek egungo indibidualizazio- eta prekarizazio-prozesuei aurre egiteko lan- eta bizi tza-alternatibak bilakatu daitezke
Among many other things, neighborhood work is an asset left by our ancestors. A lot of communities have survived thanks to this way of working. Although it emerged in rural areas, soon spread to the cities and today the visibility of notions such as “collaboration” or “community” is very significant, with new variants adapted to current reality. But as we will explain below, one of the best ways to implement and develop work based on solidarity and collective interes has been the cooperative model, which has got a special importance and eaning in the Basque Country, thanks to its pioneer, Arizmendiarrieta. In fact, these collective and collaborative strategies which come from the neighborhood work and have been developed by cooperatives can become life and work alternatives to deal with the processes of individualization and precariousness, so common today
