dc.description.abstractEn este artículo nos acercaremos a la figura jurídica del divorcio a través de cinco casos de rupturas matrimoniales que tuvieron lugar en la ciudad de Vitoria en los siglos XVII y XVIII. Nuestro objetivo es no solo conocer las identidades de aquellas parejas y familias que estuvieron involucradas en estos procesos, sino también los motivos que ocasionaron estos pleitos y sus consecuencias sociales y económicas.es

dc.description.abstractIn this paper I analyse the legal figure of divorce through five cases of marital dissolution that took place in the city of Vitoria in the 17th and 18th centuries. My aim is not only to know the personal information of the couples and families involved in these processes, but also the reasons that led to these lawsuits and their social and economic consequences.en
