dc.description.abstractUna de las cuestiones a destacar de la nueva regulación es que facilita la inclusión social y económica de los beneficiarios del ingreso mínimo vital (IMV) al permitir compatibilizar su percepción con el desempeño de un trabajo. Dicha previsión es también aplicable a las mujeres víctimas de la violencia de género, consideradas en la norma como colectivo especialmente vulnerable. Las políticas de integración en el mercado de trabajo de las mujeres víctimas no son nuevas, aunque su eficacia ha sido prácticamente nula, a pesar de la importancia de la empleabilidad para la denuncia y salida de la situación. En este sentido, el artículo analiza la posibilidad de compatibilizar el IMV con las ayudas específicas por violencia de género y la validez de los programas de inserción laboral existentes, a fin de valorar cómo han de desarrollarse reglamentariamente los previstos en la normativa reguladora del IMV y cómo se ha de proceder para el colectivo de mujeres víctimas.es
dc.description.abstractOne of the issues to be underlined from the new regulation is that it facilitates the social and economic inclusion of the minimum vital income (MVI) receivers, allowing its payment with a job performance. This fact is also applicable to the women victim of gender violence, that are considered in the law as an especially vulnerable collective. The work placement policies for the women victim of gender violence are not new, but their effectiveness have been practically null despite the importance of the employability for the denunciation and solution of the situation. In this sense, the article analyzes the possibility of MVI compatibility with the specific aids for gender violence, together with the validity of the current work placement programs, in order to estimate how the terms provided by the MVI regulation have to be implemented in the regulation and how acting with the collective of victim women.en
